Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information science, engineering, business, or related scientific or technical discipline or equivalent
- Four (4) Years of relevant experience working in an IT or Service Desk environment
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret Clearance
- Must meet DoDM 8140.03 (formerly DoD 8570 IAT-II) compliance
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Experience creating and modifying documentation for technical processes and procedures
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Accurate and precise attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills
- Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
