Job Description
IDEALFORCE has a CONTRACT position available for a Technical Manager /Solutions Architect to join their customer in Columbus, OH. The Technical Specialist 4/TS4 will be responsible for infrastructure operation management, monitoring and troubleshooting, collaboration with vendors and internal teams, and developing solution architectures.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure Operations Management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Large/complex organization experience
- Infrastructure management/outsourcing experience in a leadership role
- Experience with PeopleSoft/Oracle application systems
- Experience in an Outsourced/Managed Services and/or Cloud-based provider environment
