Job Description
Ideas United is a storytelling creative studio seeking a Project Accountant to support its growing finance function. The role involves managing the general ledger, supporting project-level accounting, and delivering accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at both independent work and collaboration, with strong analytical and communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 3+ years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP
- Experience using multiple financial and non-financial systems (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Concur, PipeDrive, Monday, Slack, Looker Studio, etc.)
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Project accounting experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
