Job Description
We're looking for Junior Data Analysts to support MLS data ingestion, normalization, and ongoing data quality across the platform. You'll join a fast-paced, product-driven environment where data accuracy, consistency, and reliability are critical to delivering high-quality experiences.
Requirements
- Support MLS data ingestion processes and ensure timely, accurate data updates.
- Assist with data cleansing, mapping, and normalization across multiple data sources.
- Collaborate with engineering and data teams to support ETL and data pipeline workflows.
- Perform data validation and quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Identify data inconsistencies and contribute to improving data processes and standards.
- Maintain documentation related to data structures, mappings, and workflows.
- Explore and adopt tools (including AI-assisted tools) that improve data workflows and productivity.
