Job Description
We are looking for a Program Manager to lead customer programs across Europe for Justice and Public Safety Business Line. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, drive delivery excellence, and own program financials throughout the contract lifecycle.
Requirements
- 5 years managing programs with cross-functional teams and customer-facing responsibilities
- Proven P&L accountability and financial acumen
- Contract management and negotiation skills
- Strong program fundamentals
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, critical thinking, and problem solving
- Fluent English and French
