Job Description
We are seeking a Director of Digital Growth to lead our digital growth and e-commerce strategy, drive digital revenue growth, and improve the end-to-end customer experience. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in digital growth, e-commerce, or digital product leadership, preferably in B2B or industrial manufacturing.
Requirements
- BA/BS in marketing, communications, e-commerce, or related field; or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in digital growth, e-commerce, or digital product leadership, preferably in B2B or industrial manufacturing
- Proven success launching or scaling B2B e-commerce and digital platforms
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
- Experience working cross-functionally in complex organizations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills
