Engineering Manager

IDEX is looking for an Engineering Manager to support production by setting direction and coordinating manufacturing and production design engineers to improve process efficiency and introduce new products. This is a working leader role, directly involved in manufacturing/design work to add additional capacity to the existing engineering team.

Requirements

• Identifies and drives continuous improvement for manufacturing
• Responds to production product/process non-conformities
• Leads the effort towards conducting root cause analysis and develops effective countermeasures
• Creates and manages timelines for projects
• Build and improve process around new product introduction coordination
