The Harness Designer position is a 6-month contract role that requires designing electrical harness drawings across the Fire & Safety product line. The successful candidate will work with multiple engineering disciplines to ensure products meet functional and reliability requirements for mission-critical applications.
Requirements
- Designing and developing wiring harness systems
- Coordinating with multidisciplinary team members
- Documenting design specifications, drawings, and installation instructions
- Analyzing requirements and test results and proposing solutions
- Responding to internal or external technical problems
- Performing functional system testing on components
- Performing Quality Checks on production units
- Creating test procedure and work instruction documentation
