Maintenance Technician

IDEX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure equipment uptime, facility reliability, and operational continuity. The role involves managing preventive maintenance, equipment rebuilds, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Manage the preventive maintenance (PM) system and spare parts inventory
• Perform furnace and equipment rebuilds to prevent unscheduled downtime
• Collect and analyze equipment data to identify improvement opportunities
• Plan and execute maintenance repairs and projects, including coordination with external service providers
• Support installation, repair, and maintenance of machines, furnaces, and facility systems
• Lead assigned continuous improvement projects
• Monitor employee performance and maintain training competency
• Ensure adherence to safety processes and procedures
• Promote a culture of ownership, accountability, and safety
• Provide hands-on support as required to meet operational needs
