Platform and Brand Marketing Manager

IDEX is hiring a Platform and Brand Marketing Manager to lead day-to-day marketing activity across five business brands within the IDEX MPT platform. The ideal candidate will have proven B2B marketing experience, a background in a senior marketing role with global exposure, and strong experience managing multi-brand strategies and complex portfolios.

Requirements

• Proven B2B marketing experience, ideally in engineering, manufacturing, or technical sectors
• Background in a senior marketing role with global exposure
• Strong experience managing multi-brand strategies and complex portfolios
• Excellent project management and stakeholder-engagement capabilities
• Confidence facilitating workshops and gathering insights from SMEs
• Experience producing high-quality marketing collateral and working with creative agencies
• Familiarity with CRM systems, lead-tracking tools, and marketing reporting platforms
• Ability to thrive in a global, fast-paced environment with regular travel
