Job Description
We are seeking a data engineer with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and 3+ years of related experience in IS, as well as 2+ years in BI/data warehousing. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, terminology, and architecture, and excellent ETL, SQL, and database design and development experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
- 3+ years related IS experience
- 2+ years in BI/data warehousing
- Excellent ETL, SQL, and database design and development experience
- Experience implementing ETL / DB / SQL Queries / Star Schema
- Experience using a language like Perl or Python to automate ETL/Data Processes jobs
- Excellent team player, able to work with virtual teams
- Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
- Excellent Communication Skills
