Job Description
Anatomic Pathologist responsible for gross and/or microscopic examination of anatomic pathology specimens and preparation of pathology reports in a timely manner, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent
- Pathology Board Certified - American College of Veterinary Pathology (ACVP) or European College of Veterinary Pathology (ECVP) preferred
- Familiarity with current topics and issues in clinical veterinary medicine
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal capabilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize work
- Computer skills
- Experience in a veterinary diagnostic laboratory preferred
- Some experience in a diagnostic field (surgical pathology preferred)
