Job Description
IDEXX is seeking a Customer Support Consultant to join their vibrant, international team. The successful candidate will provide phone and email support to customers in Dutch and English, acting as a true one-stop shop and the face of the company. They will work in a dynamic environment, guiding customers on the use of IDEXX-Animana practice management software, and supporting veterinary clinics in using the software efficiently and intelligently.
Requirements
- Provide customer support via phone and email
- Handle tickets accurately and consistently in our CRM
- Guide customers on the use of IDEXX-Animana
- Help clinics work smarter and more efficiently with our solutions
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and share customer insights
- Support change by guiding customers through software updates and improvements
