Associate/Senior Associate (Indonesia)

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in economics, statistics, public policy, or related quantitative/social science fields
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in international development, research and evaluation, data analytics, consulting, or program management
• Strong analytical skills, with exposure to econometrics, data and research analysis tools, and quantitative and qualitative research processes
• Excellent interpersonal skills, can effectively engage with stakeholders ranging from school children to senior government officials to internal colleagues
