IDinsight is hiring an entrepreneurial Manager to execute and grow our external AI Transformation Advisory practice. You will lead AI transformations for external clients focused on generative AI, from driving adoption to ensuring safe deployment, optimizing workflows, and building custom solutions.
Requirements
- 4-12 years in consulting or digital transformation
- Experience managing client relationships, managing timelines and budgets, and delivering results
- Project Management: Ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders for complex projects
- Leadership: Experience leading and developing teams of high-performing early-career professionals
- Strong grasp of LLM capabilities and limitations
- Generative AI implementation: Track record of designing and deploying complex AI agents or automations that solved critical business problems
- Change management: Able to deploy change management strategies to drive organizational outcomes
- Communication: Able to communicate written and spoken technical and non-technical information to diverse audiences
- Product skills: Experience conducting user research, translating fuzzy problems into clear solutions, defining problem statements, and validating assumptions through interviews and data
- Analytical rigor: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to measure impact through data
