(Senior) Manager, Impact & Transformation

We are hiring a (Senior) Manager, Impact & Transformation to drive forward our internal learning workstream and lead initiatives that increase our impact and cost-effectiveness. The Manager will use rigorous data-centric problem-solving tools to analyze and integrate data to improve internal decision-making and learning. They will also develop a deep understanding of how data and associated tools can be tailored to decision-making needs within IDinsight.

Requirements

• Strong project management skills
• Excellent judgment and problem-solving abilities
• Strong quantitative and critical thinking skills
• Knowledge of statistical tools (R/Stata)
