We’re looking for a detail-oriented Collections Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will be crucial in managing outstanding accounts, ensuring the financial resources that support our global services are secured.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Collections or similar roles
- Strong knowledge of billing procedures & collection techniques
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel required)
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
