Job Description
Our company, National Retail Solutions (NRS), is a wholly-owned subsidiary of IDT Corporation – a telecom company with many products and divisions. NRS is revolutionizing the independent retail industry by providing cost-effective, state of the art point sale systems and complementary services. The technology division is a small, high-powered development group that produces interactive, high-performance web applications.
Requirements
- Create automated and manual test plans for our software applications to identify bugs, defects, and issues in functionality, usability, and performance.
- Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases based on project specifications and requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to resolve identified issues and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Create clear, concise, and detailed bug reports, documenting defects and providing reproducible steps for developers to resolve issues.
- Perform regression testing to validate bug fixes and ensure no adverse impacts on existing functionalities.
- Contribute to the improvement of QA processes, methodologies, and strategies to enhance overall product quality and efficiency.
