We’re looking for a Senior Digital Media Strategist to lead the next evolution of our performance team, partnering closely with clients to shape strategy and execution across cross-platform paid channels.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on agency experience managing Paid Media across multiple channels.
- Expert Proficiency in at least two primary platforms (Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads).
- Technical Mastery: Strong understanding of universal tracking logic, including GTM, GA4, platform pixels, CAPI, and attribution modeling.
- High Strategic Skill: Proven ability to look at a complex account and suggest optimizations rather than asking 'What is the ask?'
- Communication: Ability to present complex performance data to internal stakeholders and clients with clarity and confidence.
