Administrator - Temporary

The Temporary Quality Administrator will support the Quality team by preparing files for external vendors and volunteer committees to review, and reviewing, tracking, and assessing incoming correspondence.

Requirements

• Organize and prepare files for review by external vendors and volunteer committees.
• Review, track, and assess incoming correspondence and respond appropriately.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within systems such as SmartSheets, Excel, Word, ZenDesk, Google Docs, and database platforms.
• Communicate effectively, both in writing and during presentations, with stakeholders at various levels.
• Collaborate with team members while also working independently to achieve objectives.
• Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Utilize technological tools and solutions to optimize workflow and address business challenges.
• Demonstrated experience in successfully delivering projects with tight deadlines.
• B.A. degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of business experience, preferably within the publishing or non-profit field.
