Event Programming Director (E6106)

The Event Programming Director will lead the strategic development and execution of speaker-centric content and delivery formats for IEEE events. This role requires expertise in content architecture, speaker strategy, and programming vision to deliver high-impact live experiences.

Requirements

• Define and lead the programming vision for select events in IEEE's CEE portfolio
• Design session formats, forums, and speaker mixes that translate complex technical and scientific ideas into accessible experiences
• Identify, cultivate, and secure speakers, moderators, and contributors for IEEE events
• Oversee speaker preparation processes and speaker relationship management
• Develop high programming standards across all IEEE CEE-owned events and experiences
• Travel internationally 20% of the time
