Senior Market Operations Specialist - Options

Join our Market Operations desk as a Senior Market Operations Specialist - Options. We're looking for a driven, motivated candidate with knowledge of U.S. options market structure, programming & automation, data analysis, and technology systems. You'll work directly with IEX Member firms and other industry participants to expand access and understanding of the IEX market.

• Strong knowledge in exchange technology and desire to continually grow skills in this area
• Open-minded and able to quickly acquire new concepts and ideas, as well as contribute to development and discussion of said ideas
• Self-motivated and comfortable with independently driven work
• Availability and commitment to accommodate a flexible work schedule and an on-call environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of operational experience on a trading / operations desk
• Strong knowledge of electronic trading, trading systems, and options market structure a plus
• Interested in picking up Python programming and automation skills
• Ability to acquire applicable certifications within 90 days of hiring
