Job Description
The BSC Store Operator Level I assists customers with merchandise and deployment needs, maintains the BSC brand and customer service standards, and performs additional job functions such as order fulfillment, receiving, store merchandising, and shipping.
Requirements
- Accurately enter all customer information into the POS system
- Operate POS system to check out all customer purchases, returns or exchanges
- Answer telephone calls and welcome customers
- Identify current and future customer requirements
- Resolve customer issues
- Handle and assist with all sizing needs for deployments (if applicable)
- Fulfill back orders and complete sales transactions in back office
- Sign, verify, and receive inventory
- Maintain a store that looks well stocked and conforms to the BSC store standards
- Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves
- Shipping orders to customers
- Shipping store transfers to other Base Supply Centers
