Job Description
The Sewing Machine Operator I position is responsible for operating various industrial sewing machines, following established work and safety procedures. The position requires the ability to sit for extended periods, lift up to 10 pounds, and meet production and quality standards.
Requirements
- Check all safety devices before operating the machine.
- Inspect and repair any operations incorrectly done.
- Thread machine and change bobbin as needed.
- Perform assigned sewing tasks following trainer or supervisor's instructions.
