Job Description
iFixScreens is looking for a Level 2 technician to work on smartphones, tablets, and computers. The successful applicant will have at least 6 months of experience as a Level 2 tech and be fluent in English & Spanish.
Requirements
- Perform component repairs on most major brands including screen repairs, function key replacements, housings, batteries, and more
- Have first-hand knowledge working on Apple, Samsung, HTC, and Motorola devices
- Be able to communicate with customers who may have questions regarding a repair
- Be a team player, outgoing, and eager to learn more about Level 3 repairs on smart devices
