Job Description
iFixScreens is looking for a Level 2 technician to work on smartphones, tablets, and computers. The successful applicant will have at least 6 months of experience as a Level 2 tech and be fluent in English & Spanish.
Requirements
- 6 months of experience as a Level 2 tech
- Fluency in English & Spanish
- Ability to perform component repairs on most major brands
- Soldering experience (desirable)
- Knowledge of Apple, Samsung, HTC, and Motorola devices (desirable)
- Ability to communicate with customers and provide excellent customer service
