Analista De Growth Sr de Novos Negócios

We are a Brazilian technology company reference in Latin America, and we are looking for a Senior Analyst for New Business Growth to join our team. As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing product development and testing pipelines to sustain healthy growth of the customer base. You will also lead growth projects from start to finish, monitor business KPIs, and create executive reports and dashboards to support decision-making.

Requirements

• Data analysis and business metric expertise for data-driven decision-making
• Advanced Excel for data manipulation and modeling
• SQL with experience in Databricks for data extraction and transformation
• Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau or ThoughtSpot for dashboard and executive report construction
• Knowledge of design and analysis of A/B tests and controlled experiments
• Familiarity with tech and product development pipelines and agile delivery flows
• Problem-solving capacity with a focus on identifying root causes and proposing practical and measurable solutions
• Clear communication ability to articulate insights and align stakeholders at different levels
• Result-oriented focus on ROI and performance metrics
• Autonomy, proactivity, and ability to prioritize initiatives with the greatest impact
