Senior Lead/ Principal Full Stack Software Engineer

Requirements

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade software with a focus on quality, maintainability, security, and performance.
• Strong technical/programming skills with experience in Frontend and Backend frameworks and technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Go, React, PostgreSQL, and Azure Cloud services.
• Experience with AI-first development with coding copilots, agents, and AI-harnesses.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a distributed global team.
