• At least 2 years of experience within the insurance sector, preferably with claims processes and products
• Strong analytical skills and experience with process and requirements analysis
• Knowledge of insurance products, systems, and data flows
• Communicative skills, customer-oriented, and stakeholder-aware
• Flexibility to operate in a dynamic, changing context
• Passion for innovation within insurance and ambitions to shape the Novulo community
