We are looking for an experienced Medior/Senior Project Leader with a strong affinity for process management and IT. In this role, you are responsible for leading various projects, ensuring optimal planning, execution, and completion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or academic study completed
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience as a project leader
- Strong affinity with process management and IT
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Result-oriented attitude with a strong problem-solving ability
- Experience working in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, or similar are a plus
- In-depth knowledge of Continuous Improvement, Lean/Six Sigma, Business Process Management, and customer journeys
