We are looking for an experienced Medior/Senior Project Leader with a strong affinity for process management and IT. In this role, you are responsible for leading various projects, ensuring optimal planning, execution, and completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or academic study completed
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience as a project leader
• Strong affinity with process management and IT
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Result-oriented attitude with a strong problem-solving ability
• Experience working in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, or similar are a plus
• In-depth knowledge of Continuous Improvement, Lean/Six Sigma, Business Process Management, and customer journeys
