Job Description
Vice President of Engagement position responsible for customer lifecycle strategy, retention, and engagement at scale, with the ability to influence business growth and autonomy in decision making.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in CRM or lifecycle leadership roles within fast-growing tech environments
- Proven experience managing large teams (100+ people) and building scalable, high-performing organizations
- Strong understanding of CRM architecture and system logic, including building automated lifecycle ecosystems across multiple channels (Email, Push, SMS, In-app)
- Leadership style based on transparency, accountability, and team development
