(Junior) Berater Value Strategy & RWE (m/w/d)

At IGES GmbH, we are seeking a junior consultant to support our Value Strategy & RWE department in Berlin. Your tasks will include supporting market access, HE&OR, and RWE departments of leading pharmaceutical companies and emerging biotechs, participating in interdisciplinary projects, and conducting systematic literature searches.

Requirements

• Master's or Diploma degree in Public Health, Pharmacy, Medicine, Health Economics, or a comparable field
• First practical experience in consulting, pharmaceutical industry, self-management, or related fields
• Understanding of the German healthcare system and the relevant actors in the pharmaceutical market
• Analytical thinking, structured and meticulous work style, and a high degree of self-initiative
• Open and communicative personality with team orientation and customer focus
• Fluent German and English skills in writing and speaking (scientific level)
