We are seeking experienced sales & business development professionals with a strong focus on partnership and insurance to join our dynamic team as a Commercial Manager. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in partnership to make Igloo become the future of insurance. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging key potential partners, developing comprehensive offerings, and executing acquisition plans.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Business, Management, Planning, Marketing
- Experience in general insurance / insurtech / fintech companies and/or technology, services companies would be advantageous
- Strong problem-solving and excellent communications skills to manage multiple stakeholders
- Fluency in English is a must (both spoken and written)
