Controller

We are seeking an experienced Controller to lead financial oversight and operational accounting across our home care and health care operations. The ideal candidate is both strategic and tactical, equally comfortable advising the CEO on financial performance and rolling up their sleeves on day-to-day accounting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 10+ years of relevant accounting or financial leadership experience
• Expert understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and internal controls
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with major ERP systems
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and drive outcomes independently
