Financial Controller

OBL Management is seeking a Financial Controller to oversee accounting operations and financial reporting for its growing network of dental and healthcare practices. The Controller will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, improving financial systems, and supporting leadership with timely financial reporting and analysis.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of accounting or financial management experience
• Experience as a Controller, Accounting Manager, or Senior Accountant
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience working with multi-location businesses, healthcare, or dental organizations preferred
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
