We are hiring a Sales Manager to lead a small team and drive strategic growth within a well-established aerospace manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Lead, mentor, and develop a small inside sales team
- Drive new business development and grow existing aerospace/defense accounts
- Develop and execute short- and long-term strategic sales plans
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from RFQ through contract award and execution
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, resolving contract and delivery issues
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and supply chain
- Track pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity management
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
- Monitor customer performance metrics and implement improvement plans
