Our client is a busy boutique firm in Etobicoke seeking an intermediate/senior full-time corporate law clerk with at least 5 years of experience to join our thriving corporate and commercial practice.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of corporate law experience at a top-tier law firm
- Combination of private practice and relevant in-house corporate experience
- Professionality and ability to interact and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels
- Experience working with corporate databases and corporate searching knowledge
