Immigration Law Clerk - (Mississauga)

Our client is a busy mid-size law firm looking to hire a Law Clerk with 2-3 years of Canadian immigration experience. The role involves implementing immigration strategies, researching visa office/application requirements, preparing application forms and documents, and managing multiple files from beginning to end.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of Canadian immigration experience
• Experience working on temporary residence matters, including LMIA-based work permit applications and LMIA-exempt work permit applications
• Experience working on permanent residence matters, including Express Entry-based PR applications, PNP applications, and Family Sponsorship applications
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to relate to people at all levels
