Job Description
Our client, a leading Canadian law firm, is seeking an Insurance Litigation Associate with 3 to 4 years of experience in insurance defence to handle complex insurance litigation cases and contribute to a dynamic, high-performing and busy Insurance Litigation Practice Group.
Requirements
- Membership in good standing with a Canadian law society
- 3-4 years of post-call experience
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to handle complex insurance disputes, including coverage issues and specialty defense matters
