SITE RELIABILITY ENGINEER (F/M/D)

We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the IT Infrastructure and Operations division, where you’ll be responsible for providing technical leadership, ensuring reliable and secure IT infrastructure and supporting the continuous modernization of critical technology platforms.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, platform engineering, or IT operations
• Strong background in Linux/Windows systems administration, networking fundamentals, and automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, CI/CD)
• Practical understanding of observability tools and principles (monitoring, tracing, logging) to ensure service reliability and performance
• Experience in managing or contributing to production environments with high uptime (99.9%+) and critical services
• Familiarity with cybersecurity and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or NIS2 Directive
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive improvements
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in an Agile or DevOps environment
• Proactive mindset, ownership, and commitment to continuous learning and reliability culture
