As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will represent Just Energy on behalf of IGS Energy, while working onsite within a major national retail partner location. You will serve as a trusted advisor to customers exploring natural gas, electricity, and alternative energy options, and be responsible for acquiring new customers, providing a superior retail experience, and applying a consultative sales approach to help individuals make informed decisions.

- Ability to work independently and a flexible schedule to ensure performance expectations are met.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience in retail or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, customer retention, or account management.
- Flexibility to work second shift hours, including evenings, holidays and weekends as needed.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from job and training site(s).
