Site Survey Inspection Technician

The Site Survey & Inspection Technician supports daily field and operational activities across residential solar projects. This role is responsible for three primary functions: supervising the procurement, storage, and distribution of materials; coordinating and facilitating inspections with customers, internal teams, utilities, and local jurisdictions; and performing preliminary site surveys to confirm installation feasibility and validate structural and electrical conditions.

Requirements

• Ensure solar installation materials are available, organized, and distributed accurately to job sites
• Coordinate and schedule inspections for residential solar projects
• Perform preliminary site surveys to assess structural fit, roof conditions, and electrical infrastructure
• Document and report site conditions with clarity and accuracy
• Maintain organized records, track deadlines, and support continuous improvement of material handling and inspection workflows
• Assist with general field and operational needs
