Broker Success Specialist

The Broker Success Specialist is the primary relationship owner for an assigned portfolio of licensed agents and brokers, responsible for activating, retaining, and growing production from existing producer relationships, while onboarding and developing new recruits introduced by the Agency Growth Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3+ years of experience in insurance, broker relations, or producer-facing sales support
• Working knowledge of health insurance products required; ICHRA and EDE platform experience strongly preferred
• Health insurance producer license required
• CRM proficiency required (Salesforce or equivalent); strong overall Microsoft Office skills
• Exceptional verbal communication skills; comfortable initiating outreach and leading conversations, not only responding to inbound requests
• Professional written follow-up and documentation habits
• Organized self-starter capable of managing a large producer portfolio without daily direction
• Sales-adjacent mindset — not a hunter but understands what drives production and communicates accordingly
• Comfortable with ambiguity; able to prioritize a dynamic and shifting workload during peak periods including Annual Enrollment Period AEP
• Flexible schedule availability required during Annual Enrollment Period (AEP)
• Must be capable of conducting producer conversations, onboarding sessions, and written follow-up in both languages
• Proficiency in Spanish is highly desired not required
• Certificates or designations from industry organizations such as LOMA, AHIP, or AICP are a plus
