Part-Time On-Air Host

iHeartMedia seeks a Part-Time On-Air Host to create, produce, and deliver engaging on-air content across music, entertainment, politics, news, weather, sports, traffic, and other topics. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of announcing experience, a bachelor's degree, and a strong communication skills for conducting engaging, thoughtful interviews.

Requirements

• Socially aware and perceptive, staying current with local and national trends as well as topics relevant to on-air discussions.
• Pleasant, charismatic, and well-controlled voice with excellent pronunciation and delivery.
• Ability to make guests feel comfortable and encourage open, authentic conversation on air.
• Monitor the technical quality and accuracy of all incoming and outgoing on-air programming from the master control room.
• Protect the station's license by censoring prohibited language during live broadcasts.
