Vice President, Military Recruitment, Readiness & Defense Partnerships

iHeartMedia is seeking a Vice President, Military Recruitment, Readiness & Defense Partnerships to lead strategic partnerships with the Department of Defense and state military organizations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in military recruitment, force readiness, and workforce modernization, combined with strong commercial experience in government marketing, communications, and public engagement.

Requirements

• Senior experience working directly with DoD, service branches, or defense-related recruitment/communications programs
• Credibility to engage confidently with SES leaders, general/flag officers, and senior agency executives
• Proven success in federal and/or state government business development, particularly in marketing, communications, or recruitment
