Director of UX Design

The Director of UX will be responsible for shaping and driving the overall user experience vision at iHerb, building and scaling a high-performing UX design team, and partnering with product, CX and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Experience leading a product-focused high-performance design team
• Experience working with product, business stakeholders, and user researchers to drive strategy, vision, and execution
• Experience managing processes and teams in an agile/scrum environment
• Experience working with design systems and tools such as Figma
• A user-centered design approach and highly collaborative, low-ego approach to design
• Experience attracting, hiring, and retaining top design talent
• Graphic development software (Photoshop, ImageReady, Illustrator, etc.)
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Google Business Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms)
