Job Description
The Jr. Specialist, 3PL Services will support in managing 3PL operations for iHerb, responsible for daily operations and coordination with 3PL partners and internal departments. This position requires strong analytical and communication skills with advanced Excel knowledge for data analytics.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English
- Ability to collect, analyze and report on data needed for projects
- Detail oriented: attention to accuracy in this role is vital
- Ability to analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems
- Ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment
- Good understanding of how various areas integrate within the organization to achieve the business objectives
- Ability to self-motivate, work as a team player, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organization skills and ability to multi-task
- Experience managing complex project
- Understanding of business process workflows
- Excellent organizational skills
