We are seeking a First Chef of Party to join our team at Crowne Plaza Geneva. The ideal candidate will have culinary training and a minimum of 3 years of experience with management responsibility of a team. We offer opportunities for training and development, preferred rates in all IHG hotels, and meals in the restaurant for personnel.
Requirements
- Culinary training (CFC, CAP, BEP or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years of experience with management responsibility of a team
- Natural leadership, ability to unify and create a positive dynamic
- Sense of organization, rigor and excellent stress management
- Team spirit, involvement and willingness to engage in a collective project
- Ability to take initiatives and accompany change
- French and English required
- Valid work permit or Swiss/UE nationality required
