Our team needs you as our new Assistant Director of Finance. Your responsibilities will include leading the accounting department in close collaboration with the Director of Finance and the General Manager.
Requirements
- Leading the accounting department
- Collaborating with the Director of Finance and the General Manager
- Control all bookings of creditors and debtors
- Perform the General Cashier and Income Audits
- Review business processes in the debtors' accounting
- Support the Purchasing Manager in implementing procedures between accounting and purchasing
- Create monthly reports for IHG and the owner
- Prepare the monthly and annual financial statements
- Support the creation of the annual budget and monthly forecasts for cost savings and productivity
