Director Finance & Business Support

We are seeking a Director, Finance Business Partner to lead strategic financial oversight for Technology and Corporate cost structures across the Americas.

Requirements

• Significant experience in senior finance leadership, FP&A, or finance business partnering roles, with people leadership responsibility
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop teams in a matrixed or shared‐service environment
• Proven track record partnering with executive‐level stakeholders and influencing complex organizations
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to convert financial information into clear, actionable insight
• Experience leading through change or finance transformation strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA strongly preferred
